Styling By Bec is not able to take any responsibility for parcels that do not arrive or become lost or missing in transit. I can provide proof of purchase for all orders and tracking details for the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

Most of the packaging materials used in your orders is recyclable, so please try to reuse, recycle or compost it if you can. Thank You

Returns and Refunds

I offer a 14 day return policy provided I am notified via email within 7 days of the purchase date, my email address is becky@stylingbybec.com

Please be aware that the following items are non-refundable and exempt from the returns policy: Accessories (shoes, jewellery, sunglasses and bags) and sale items

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item as you received them and in it’s original packaging. Please ensure all items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or by tracked.

Refunds will be processed, less the postage and packaging fee, after the garment has been received and inspected, please allow 3/5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
